Scope of activity
What we do, in general terms.
In our capacity as a registered AIF-KVG under §44 KAGB, our activities are organised around the structuring, administration and oversight of urban real estate fund vehicles. The summaries below describe these functions at a general level.
Fund structuring
Supporting the organisation of alternative investment fund vehicles within the regulatory perimeter applicable to registered capital management companies.
Asset oversight
Maintaining oversight processes for urban real estate assets, including periodic review of relevant market and location data.
Reporting & documentation
Preparing internal documentation and reporting consistent with the notification duties of a registered AIF-KVG.
Stakeholder communication
Coordinating with administrative and supervisory contacts, as well as with our registered office partner, Layline Audit GmbH.
Market monitoring
Following general developments across urban real estate markets that are relevant to our area of focus.
Compliance alignment
Aligning internal procedures with the requirements applicable to registration under §44 KAGB.
