Who we are

2bX Urban Fund Management GmbH is registered as an alternative investment fund capital management company (AIF-Kapitalverwaltungsgesellschaft) pursuant to §44 of the German Capital Investment Code (KAGB). This registration governs how we organise, document and oversee our fund-related activities.

Our registered office is maintained c/o Layline Audit GmbH Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Kurfürstendamm 136, 10711 Berlin, Germany.

What §44 KAGB means
